Arudia offers an innovative training program that combines accepted coaching tools with on-the-ground exercises with horses. Learning from horses for professional and personal development is a powerful approach because it yields expedient, sustainable results by improving communication, teamwork, and innovation. We take a novel approach to training: we assess, provide an experience, and coach for sustained results.

Our AEC Program™ gives clients a unique solution for issues that affect day-to-day business.

  1. Assess: During Part I of the assessment phase we take the time to understand you so that we can design our training to meet your needs. Part II relies on proven assessments such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator® and Strengths Deployment Inventory® to establish a neutral framework that greatly enhances participants insights into their own and others’ strengths and behaviors.
  2. Equine Experience: We blend the neutral framework established during the assessment phase with the Equine Experience, which occurs at a horsefarm. The horses give objective, immediate feedback, making the experience more effective than other training such as ropes courses* or classroom case studies.
  3. Coach: Finally, participants transform the insights into new skills and behaviors through follow-up coaching.
