If you’ve said yes to any of these questions, The Collaboration Through Coaching for Workshop is for you.  Coaching skills are an essential tool for both leading and collaborating.  Through coaching, you encourage colleagues’ best thinking, increase employee engagement, and deal more effectively with difficult situations and people.  Colleagues feel listened to and valued—and you get better results. 

No prior coaching experience is required. Participants will learn and practice the art of coaching with the support of three coaches, who will help them fine tune their skills. While understanding of Type is not necessary, what you learn here will help you integrate your knowledge of Type in your daily interactions for better results.
