Arudia uses Myers Briggs Type Indicator® and Temperament to help clients choose new careers, be more effective, reduce stress, manage others, and work better as a team, among other things.  Type describes hard-wired preferences for gathering information and making decisions. Temperament both simplifies and builds on Type so the client gains more insight into how he can be most effective, his potential blind spots, and possible barriers to success.

Although we design every training to meet the client’s specific objectives, the fundamental goal of any Type and Temperament training is for participants to understand their own Type and identify others’ Types so that they can more effectively relate to and manage others, as the case may be.  In particular, both the organization and participants benefit from a focus on communication and collaboration and, since every Type has a particular work style, knowing one’s own and others’ styles can result in more effective working relationships, increased productivity, and a reduction in stress.  Often during the course of a Type and Temperament Training, workplace issues surface.  The difference is that addressing those issues through the lens of Type gives participants an understanding of behavior grounded in a neutral framework rather than negative judgments.  This allows participants to devise norms for working together that can work for everyone.   Because families are really small teams, these principles and objectives apply.

We are Myers Briggs Master Practitioners.
