Transition Coaching
Great associates may lack the skills necessary to make great partners. Being the best and brightest is not enough in today’s world. New partners and senior associates about to become partners often need assistance both in understanding what they need to do at the next level of responsibility and developing these skills. Through our transition coaching we assist these high performing associates and new partners in making the transition so that they become great partners.
Lateral hires may also face challenges at a new firm. In particular, laterals that come from the government, industry, or a firm with a very different culture may benefit from the support a coach can offer.
