Are You Making The Most of Your Resources -- Your People? If Not, Let Us Help You:

Increase Efficiency and Productivity
Team members will understand what is expected so they will spend less time back tracking and more time working.
Meetings will be more productive as more time is spent in purposeful focused meetings that end with clear follow up actions.
Conflict is depersonalized as people learn that their differences are a competitive advantage that makes the team more effective.

Enhance Your Bottom Line By Through Improved Client Service And Relationship
•	Train your team to focus on building long-term client relationships by listening to what clients really need.
•	Make the most of your personality type to find a natural approach to sales.
•	Learn how to deescalate difficult client encounters and find “win/win” solutions to complaints.

How Do We Do It?
We take the time to assess so that we can design our training to meet your needs.
Follow up with coaching to that the results are long-term.
Work with the leader to determine goals, i.e., the specific new behaviors and skills he or she would like the team to learn and use.
Have brief anonymous conversations with some of the participants to gain further insight into team dynamics.
Develop a questionnaire based on the leader’s goals for all participants to further understand the stumbling blocks to success.

Why Do We Create A Neutral Framework for Participants’ Understanding?
The neutral framework imbedded in the assessment tools helps participants because it provides a logical explanation for behavior they do not understand and often dislike.
Participants stop judging each other harshly because they understand that others’ behavior is a reflection of “hard wiring.”
Participants learn to flex to meet their team members needs in important areas such as communication, project process, and personal interaction.
