Outplacement Coaching

The departure for a lawyer from a firm can be difficult for everyone involved.  The lawyer leaving may not have thought through next steps. We can help make this transition smooth and successful for everyone involved.  We are retained by law firms for outplace and by individual lawyers who may be interested in pursuing legal or other career options elsewhere.
