Basic Communication Skills For New Associates
New associates can have difficulty “hitting the ground running.” We provide training so that associates learn to understand clearly what they are being asked to do, ask the right questions to get the information that they need to move forward, and use feedback to ensure that their performance meets expectations.
Who Would Benefit: First and second year associates, associates experiencing communication challenges, and associates that have recently entered the law firm environment.
